Bars

High quality bar steel with excellent mechanical properties, perfectly suited for machining, ensures you a trouble-free machining and cost-effective production. In case also durability and wear resistance are essential we offer hot rolled low alloy bar steel in peeled condition. Centreless ground bar is characterised by a very clean and fine surface, combined with good concentricity and straightness, and has almost no surface tension. Ground bar of smaller dimensions is characterised, as well, by high tensile strength. Although hard chromium plated bar is mainly used for piston rods and hydraulic cylinders, there are many other applications, for example guides and machinery components used for linear movements in which special properties are needed.
